Voluntary contributions collected by the county treasurer or the department to the anatomical gift public awareness and transplantation fund shall be in whole dollar amounts. The county treasurer and the department shall remit contributions collected monthly to the funds specified in Iowa Code section 321.44A.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 321.44A.
