Rule 21-61.2 - Animal disposal-license defined

Any person who shall obtain from any other person the body of any animal for the purpose of obtaining the hide, skin or grease from such animal in any way whatsoever shall be deemed to be engaged in the business of disposing of dead animals. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 167.3.
