Rule 21-61.1 - Dead animal disposal-license

No person, firm or corporation shall engage in the business of disposing of the bodies of dead animals without first obtaining a license to do so in the manner and upon the terms and conditions provided in Iowa Code chapter 167. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 167.2.
