Rule 21-61.3 - Disposing of dead animals by cooking

Any person desiring to engage in the business of disposing of the bodies of dead animals by cooking or otherwise shall file with the department of agriculture and land stewardship of the state of Iowa an application for license. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 167.2.
