Rule 21-36.5 - Water supply

(1) Adequate potable water shall be provided from a source constructed, maintained, and operated according to Iowa law.

(2) Water from a private water system shall be sampled at least annually for coliform.

(3) Records of water tests must be maintained by license holders not served by a public water system. These records must be available to the department upon request.
