Section 410 IAC 3.6-1-10 - "Local agency" defined

Sec. 10.

"Local agency" means a:

(1) public or private;

(2) nonprofit; and

(3) health or human;

service agency that provides health services through a contract with the department in accordance with 7 CFR 246.5.
