Section 410 IAC 3.6-1-9.5 - "Harm" defined

Sec. 9.5.

"Harm" means any real or potential damage, either tangible or intangible, to one (1) of the following areas:

(1) Physical.

(2) Emotional.

(3) Financial.

(4) Reputation.
