Section 410 IAC 3.6-1-10.5 - "Open authorization period" defined

Sec. 10.5.

"Open authorization period" means the time during which vendors apply to be reauthorized and vendors not currently authorized apply to be authorized. The open authorization period shall be held for a thirty (30) day period in the second quarter, every third year starting in 2009.
