Section 327 IAC 8-3.4-8 - Production well materials

Sec. 8.

(a) A direct or indirect additive used with or in a production well must be in accordance with 327 lAC 8-1.

(b) A lead packer shall not be used in a production well.

(c) A public water system shall not introduce, permit, or allow the introduction of a material into the drinking water that does not meet the requirements of this rule or 327 1 AC 8-1.
