Sec. 3.
(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that a qualified dietitian or state authorized agency reviews and approves the facility's dietary menus at least annually to ensure nationally recommended, age appropriate, daily allowances for basic nutrition are met.(b) Food service supervisory staff shall verify adherence to the established menu on a daily basis and will log menu substitutions.(c) This is a mandatory standard.Department of Correction; 210 IAC 8-7-3; filed 9/16/2022, 3:13 p.m.: 20221012-IR-210220072FRA
