Section 210 IAC 8-3-4 - Services for adult and juvenile offenders

Sec. 4.

Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that agencies providing services for both adult and juvenile offenders have statements of:

(1) philosophy;

(2) policy;

(3) program; and

(4) procedure; that distinguish criminal codes and statutes that establish and guide programs for juveniles.
