Section 210 IAC 8-3-3 - Philosophy and purpose statement

Sec. 3.

(a) Written policy, procedure, and practice provide that a written statement describing the philosophy and purpose of the facility exists.
(b) The facility administrator, with input from staff, formulates the facility goals and measurable objectives.
(c) The philosophy, purpose statement, goals, and objectives are reviewed at least annually and updated as needed.
