Section 58.01.01.597 - TESTING AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTSThe owner or operator of a GDF must comply with the following requirements within ninety (90) days of registration under Section 598 and every three (3) years thereafter. (3-28-23)
01.Testing. (3-28-23) a. The owner or operator must demonstrate compliance in accordance with 40 CFR 63.11120(a)(1). (3-28-23)b. The owner or operator must demonstrate compliance with the static pressure performance requirement, specified in item 1(h) of Table 1 to 40 CFR Part 63 , Subpart CCCCCC, for the vapor balance system by conducting a static pressure test on the underground gasoline storage tanks using the test methods identified in paragraph 597.01.b.i. or 597.01.b.ii. in accordance with 40 CFR 63.11120(a)(2). (3-28-23)02.Alternative Testing. The owner or operator of a GDF, choosing, under the provisions of 40 CFR 63.6(g), to use a vapor balance system other than that described in Table 1 to 40 CFR Part 63 , Subpart CCCCCC, must demonstrate to the Department the equivalency of their vapor balance system to that described in Table 1 to 40 CFR Part 63 , Subpart CCCCCC in accordance with 40 CFR 63.11120(b).
