Section 19-20.1-41 - Designated areas(a) The permittee shall deliver merchandise only to areas designated by the director.(b) The permittee shall be allowed to keep the merchandise in the designated areas for a maximum of four hours starting from the time the merchandise is placed in the designated area.Haw.
