Section 19-20.1-40 - Controls(a) The department shall conduct regular inspections of permittee activities to help ensure: (1) Accurate reporting of the number of pieces of merchandise delivered; and(2) Compliance with the provisions of this chapter.(b) The department shall, upon reasonable notice, be given access to any of the permittee's records, books or documents to verify reports submitted by the permittee.Haw.
