Section 19-20.1-42 - Identification of merchandise(a) The merchandise for each delivery made at a public airport shall be clearly and conspicuously marked with the:(1) Permittee's name; and(b) The merchandise may be marked individually or as a group as long as it is readily identifiable at all times while it is at the airport.(c) The permittee shall have an authorized representative, wearing the identification badge issued under this chapter, present at all times next to the merchandise, overseeing the merchandise as long as the merchandise is at the airport.
