Section 17-2000-22 - Appearances before the board(a) A party to a proceeding before the board may appear in person or through an authorized representative if the party is an individual; through an authorized representative if the party is a partnership, corporation, trust or association; or through an officer or employee if the party is a State agency or political subdivision of the State.(b) The board may at any time require an authorized representative of a party to demonstrate or prove that he or she has the authority to act in such capacity.(c) An appearance before the board may be made by video conference, telephone or other electronic means, with the approval of the chairperson.
