Section 17-2000-23 - Disqualification of member of board or hearings officer

No matter shall be heard by a member of the board or by a hearings officer who:

(a) Has any pecuniary interest in the matter being heard; or

(b) Is related within the third degree by blood or marriage to any party to the proceeding.
