Section 17-2000-21 - General rule

All persons and parties shall comply with these rules of practice and procedure when appearing before the board. The board may waive, modify, or suspend any of the provisions of this chapter to the extent permitted by law. All persons and parties shall have a reasonable opportunity to present evidence and argument on all the issues involved.
