Section 17-534-73 - Action by authority

Upon the filing of the petition, the chairperson of the authority shall:

(1) Assign the petition for further proceedings before the authority or assign the matter to a hearings officer; and

(2) Afford all parties in the matter an opportunity for hearing after reasonable notice.
