Section 12-41-29 - Oral arguments and briefs

Any party shall be entitled upon request, to a reasonable period at the close of the hearing for oral argument, which shall not be included in the stenographic report of the hearing, unless so directed by the person conducting the hearing. Any party shall be entitled, upon request made before the close of the hearing, to file a brief or proposed findings and conclusions, or both, with the person conducting the hearing who may fix a reasonable time for filing. Copies of the brief or proposed findings and conclusions shall then be served upon all opposing parties.
