Section 12-41-28 - Contemptuous conduct at hearing

Contemotuous conduct at any hearing before a hearings officer or the board shall be ground for exclusion from the hearing. The refusal of a witness at any hearing to answer any question which has been ruled to be proper, in the discretion of the person conducting the hearing, shall be ground for striking all testimony previously given by the witness on related matters.
