Section 11-280.1-334 - Maintenance of permit or variance(a) Permits and variances, including application records, shall be maintained at the location of the UST or tank system for which the permit was issued and shall be made available for inspection upon request of any duly authorized representative of the department.(b) No person shall wilfully deface, alter, forge, counterfeit, or falsify any permit or variance.
