Section 11-280.1-335 - Fees(a) Every applicant for a permit or a variance, or applicant for modification or renewal of a permit or variance, or applicant for a transfer of a permit, shall pay the applicable fees as set forth below: Type of Application | Permit | Variance |

(b) Fees shall be submitted with the application and are nonrefundable.(c) Fees shall be made payable to the State of Hawaii.(d) If more than one type of application is combined, the highest applicable fee will be assessed. However, a permit application and a variance application shall not be combined under one fee.
