Section 470.510 - Inspection Reports(A) The Department shall file a report of its findings and recommendations with respect to the compliance of each lockup with 105 CMR 470.000, with the chief executive officer of the appropriate municipality or state agency.(B) Copies of the report shall also be sent by the Department to the Secretary of Human Services, the appropriate chief of police or other superintendent or administrator of the lockup, and the General Court.
