Section 470.500 - Inspections(A)Inspection Authority. In order to properly carry out its responsibility under 105 CMR 470.000 and to properly protect the health and well-being of the citizens of the Commonwealth, the Department or its authorized agent is authorized to enter, examine, or survey at any reasonable time such lockups as it considers necessary.(B)Inspection Frequency. The Department shall inspect each lockup at least once a year.
