A statistical report must contain a listing of each insurer whose data are included in the report. If data from an insurer who agreed to have the insurer's data included in the report are not included in the report, the statistical agent submitting the report shall also submit a list of all of the insurers not included in the report. At the request of the director, the statistical agent shall provide the director with the reasons for the exclusion.
