Section 3 AAC 29.650 - Access to data

Upon request of the director, a statistical agent shall provide the director

(1) with access to all statistical data collected by the statistical agent for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of 3 AAC 29.600 - 3 AAC 29.669; and
(2) a copy of a report that the statistical agent produces from the data that the director required the statistical agent to collect.
