Section 3 AAC 29.640 - Insurer edit and audit procedures

An insurer that is required by 3 AAC 29.620 to report data shall adopt edit and audit procedures to screen and check the data to ensure, unless the director specifies otherwise, that the data meet the standards for reasonableness and accuracy provided in the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Statistical Handbook of Data Available to Insurance Regulators, 2012 edition, adopted by reference in 3 AAC 29.625.
