Section 53E-3-919 - Article XVIII - Binding effect of compact - Other state laws(1) Nothing in this compact prevents the enforcement of any other law of a member state.(2) All lawful actions of the Interstate Commission, including all rules and bylaws promulgated by the Interstate Commission, are binding upon the member states.(3) All agreements between the Interstate Commission and the member states are binding in accordance with their terms.(4) In the event any provision of this compact exceeds the statutory or constitutional limits imposed on the legislature of any member state, that provision shall be ineffective to the extent of the conflict with the statutory or constitutional provision in question in that member state.Renumbered from § 53A-1-1018 by Chapter 1, 2018 General Session ,§ 77, eff. 1/24/2018.Added by Chapter 278, 2017 General Session ,§ 19, eff. 5/9/2017.
