Utah Code § 26B-4-133

Section 26B-4-133 - Cease and desist orders

The department may issue a cease and desist order to any person who:

(1) may be disciplined under Section 26B-4-129 or 26B-4-130; or

(2) otherwise violates this part or any rules adopted under this part.
