L. 96-589, §6(i)(10)(A), substituted "cases under title 11 of the United States Code, see section 523 of such title 11" for "bankruptcy, see section 17 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended ( 11 U.S.C. 35 )". - The term "State" shall be construed to include the District of Columbia, where such construction is necessary to carry out provisions of this title.
