Section 1101.503 - Issuance of Certificate(a) The commission shall issue a certificate of registration to an applicant who meets the requirements for a certificate of registration.(b) The certificate remains in effect for the period prescribed by the commission if the certificate holder complies with this chapter and pays the appropriate renewal fees.Tex.
