Section 1702.232 - Pocket Cards(a) The department shall issue a pocket card for each individual license holder under this chapter. A pocket card for an owner of a company license holder shall be issued to the company license holder.(b) The department shall determine the size, design, and content of the pocket card.(c) The pocket card must: (1) state the name of the individual license holder;(2) contain a photograph, affixed to the pocket card by the department at the time the card is issued, and the signature of the individual license holder; and(3) state the date the card was issued and the card's expiration date.Tex.
