Section 21.116 - Reliance on Commission Interpretation or Opinion(a) A person is not liable for an unlawful employment practice performed in good faith and in conformity with and in reliance on a written interpretation or opinion of the commission.(b) In a proceeding alleging an unlawful employment practice, the respondent has the burden of pleading and proving the defense provided by this section.
