Section 21.107 - Effect on Abortion Benefits
This chapter does not:
(1) require an employer to pay for health insurance benefits for abortion unless the life of the mother would be endangered if the fetus were carried to term;(2) preclude an employer from providing abortion benefits; or(3) affect a bargaining agreement relating to abortion.
