Section 15.310 - Performance Evaluation(a) The commissioner or a person designated by the commissioner shall develop a system of annual performance evaluations that are based on documented employee performance.(b) Merit pay for department employees must be based on the system established under this section.Amended by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 7.12(b), eff. 9/1/1999.
