Section 15.309 - Intra-Agency Career Ladder(a) The commissioner or a person designated by the commissioner shall develop an intra-agency career ladder program that addresses opportunities for mobility and advancement for employees within the department.(b) The program must require intra-agency posting of all non-entry-level positions concurrently with public posting.Amended by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 7.12(a), eff. 9/1/1999.
