Section 148.065 - Failure to File Bond(a) A person required by Section 148.042 of this code to file a bond commits an offense if the person engages in business as a slaughterer without filing bond in accordance with that section.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $200.Tex.
