Section 148.064 - Failure to Report to County(a) A person required by Section 148.012(a) of this code to file reports on slaughtered animals with the county commits an offense if the person fails to file a report as required by that section.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300.Tex.
