Section 144.125 - Counterbranding Without Owner's Consent(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 144.074(c) of this code.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each animal counterbranded.
