Section 39-14-805 - Powers and duties of commissionerFor purposes of enforcing this part, the commissioner:
(1) May investigate any offense under this part;(2) May seek the assistance of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government in the conduct of the investigations; and(3) Shall coordinate the investigation to the maximum extent practicable, with the investigations of any law enforcement agency of the United States, the state, or any local government.
