Section 39-14-804 - Penalties(a) A person found to be in violation of any of the offenses defined in § 39-14-803(a), (b), or (e) commits a Class C felony.(b) Any person violating § 39-14-803(c) commits a Class B misdemeanor.Amended by 2024 Tenn. Acts, ch. 708,s 2, eff. 7/1/2024.
