Each Covered Person must disclose all real or apparent conflicts or dualities of interest with the State Bar's activities. Additionally, Covered Persons must annually complete a conflict of interest disclosure form as specified by the Board. "Disclosure" as used in these Bylaws is defined as providing a written description of the facts comprising the real or apparent conflict or duality of interest to the Executive Director, State Bar Officers, or Bar Commission.
