This policy applies to the Executive Director, all other State Bar employees, State Bar Officers, and Bar Commissioners; the referenced individual's immediate family members; and independent contractors providing services or materials to the State Bar (collectively "Covered Persons"). Each Covered Person must discharge his or her duties in good faith, in the best interests of State Bar, and with the care an ordinarily prudent person in a like position would exercise under similar circumstances. It is the Executive Director's obligation to publicize this policy to all Covered Persons on a recurring basis.
