No loans will be taken out in the State Bar's name or no evidences of indebtedness may be issued in its name unless authorized by Bar Commission resolution. Such authority may be general or confined to specific instances. No loan may be granted to the Executive Director, any other State Bar employee, State Bar Officer, or Bar Commissioner.
