All checks, drafts, or other orders for the payment of money, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness issued in the State Bar's name must be signed by those individuals authorized to do so by the Bar Commission by general authorization or specific resolution. The State Bar will deposit all its funds in such banks, trust companies, or other depositories determined by the Board.
