Section 248 - Superintendent of Public Instruction (Adm. Code Section 708)

The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall:

(a) Exercise all the powers and perform all the duties of the Superintendent of Common Schools, in the manner prescribed by law;

(b) Perform such other duties as may now or hereafter be imposed upon him by law.
