Section 483 - Violation; penalty

Any person knowingly violating any of the rules and regulations of the department made in accordance with this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine, not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100), or to undergo imprisonment, not exceeding six months, or both.
