Section 482 - Influencing vote of recipient or applicant; penalty

Any person employed in the administration of public assistance who, either directly or indirectly, influences or endeavors to influence the vote of any person receiving or applying for any form of assistance under the provisions of this article, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100), or to undergo imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both.
